Return Policy Overview: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused within 30 days of receipt. Please note that opened items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene considerations.

Return Procedure: When returning items, we recommend using the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service, available at local Post Offices. Make sure to obtain proof of postage or a receipt to address any potential delivery issues. Include a note in your returned package with your name, order number, and the reason for the return to facilitate smooth processing.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. The only exception is if the product is faulty. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges if the returned item is not in a sellable condition, or if it is damaged or opened.

Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. After processing a refund, it may take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for the amount to reflect in your account, although it often appears the same day. If there is an undue delay in receiving your refund, please contact us or your bank/payment service.

Dealing with Faulty Products: If you receive a potentially faulty item or experience issues with your purchase, please raise a support ticket through our contact form. Our team will guide you further and provide any necessary return forms.

Important Note: All returns, whether due to preference or product faults, must be registered via our ticket system. We will not process any returns that have not been authorized in this manner.

Shipping Returns: To dispatch a return, please contact us via the provided email or phone number. While you will bear the cost of the return, we advise using a tracked service, especially for items valued over £150, to ensure they are insured. We are not responsible for any returns lost during transit.
